The primary objective of this two-year project is to develop
teaching materials for a series of course modules for the
training of advisory staff. The second objective is to
package these materials to support 5 days of workshop
tuition for groups of computing advisers. The third
objective is to establish, in the second year of the
project, a regular schedule of Computer Adviser Training
Workshops to be held at LSE.

The training modules will include the following:
          - human communications and customer relations skills,
          - remote communications skills,
          - problem analysis techniques,
          - common and recurring user problems,
          - assessing user requirements,
          - management and recording of advisory sessions,
          - working in a distributed environment.
