A collection of 7 Learning objects derived from MATTER Materials Interactive CD Rom in the areas of Crystallography. These learning objects were created by the ReSET Project.

  A basic introduction to crystals (Learning object 1/6).
• An introduction to crystallography : 2 Reflection symmetry
  Basic lines of symmetry within crystals, with simple animation and interactive quiz to test knowledge (Learning object 2/6).

  Describes rotation axis of symmetry and symmetry elements . Includes animations and interactive drag and drop tutorial (Learning object 3/6).
• An introduction to crystallography : 4 The 10 plane point group
  Translational symmetry and lattices and crystals with animations and interactive tutorials (learning object 4/6).
